Apartment Vistamar MIRAMAR. The setting is quiet and residential. It is very well connected with the rest of the city, being able to take public transport in 3rd. Nearby we find many places of interest, such as the Karl Marx Theater, the Street Opera, or the iconic and famous Cuban Art Factory (FAC). At 20 m begins the Malecon. In the surroundings there are bars, restaurants, live dance music, night shows, and the great Almendares Park (one of the lungs of Havana).

It is a 9-storey building (two dwellings per floor), built in the 1950s in a modern style (of clear American influence).
Apartment
Located on the first floor (ground floor), it has a grill in front of the door (for greater security). The living room has a glass wall with a beautiful view of the sea and the bay. It consists of a multipurpose room (living room and dining room), an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, vitro, coffee maker, etc.) and a large bathroom (with bathtub). Due to the access without stairs, it is perfect for families with small children and elderly people.
Korda and Che Guevara
The famous photographer Alberto Díaz Gutiérrez (better known by his pseudonym: Korda), author of the iconic photo of the portrait of Che Guevara with the beret and the communist star (probably the most famous photo in history), lived in this apartment. So it has a very attractive historical and political symbolism and value. A symbol of the Cuba of the 60s. In the house there are some photos and memories of him.
Bedrooms
The apartment has two large and very spacious rooms. Room #1 (the main one) has 25 m2 and a double bed (colonial style). Room #2 has two single beds. Both have air conditioning, door lock, 110V and 220V current, safe (only in room #1) and clothes iron.
